With 25 years experience in the audio visual industry, we have found there to be a regular need to rectify the installation of systems installed by others.

Quite often, a customer will recommend us to their friends who have just purchased a house with automated features installed, and need some service work, or instructions on how it works.

They might have had a bad experience with another company, and just need their system finished once and for all.

Unfortunately, there are some unscrupulous operators in this industry that will do only what they need to get paid for the project, and then not offer much support on how the system actually operates, leaving the customer with an incomplete, inoperable, or difficult to use system.
